Another blog share... smiles.
I found this one day while searching the internet for Weight Watchers recipes that didn't include processed foods and were on the healthier side. I don't know if all this blog's recipes are whole foods verses packaged or processed but the recipes I've viewed so far have been pretty nutritious in content.
These aren't all WW but there is a section just for them. I eat whatever I want recipe wise because when I follow my points for the day (need to do that more) ... I just add the recipe to this online thing that will tell me how many points mine is. I just explained all that to let you know how I GOT to the Veggie Venture site in the first place.
It actually serves our family's needs well because there are easy to find WW recipes, vegetarian, and other healthy choices all in one place.
